My argument against it is that Kane has got the shot off and then he's followed through and kicked Dumfries. But if a defender has his foot that high then anything is given now.

He had his foot too high. It's unfortunate because it was after follow through of the shot, but a defender should not be that reckless with high foot to engage attacker. I defenitely get why it was given pk. Not egregious decision at all, understandable.

We rarely see it called. But also kicks like that not common.
