First time since Euro2000 for Romania to advance out of the group stages of a major tournament!

Rather ironically by also winning the group when being tipped to finish last, it’s quite the achievement for this generation which has no major stars and that have not been all that impressive with their play during qualifiers either, but are showing a lot of unity and determination to fight for every ball, props to them for believing in themselves because back home majority here sure didn’t expect them to even advance out of the group.

Yes and looking at bracket if ENG could get their shit together great opportunity to finally win an Euro. ITA I would say get shit together + lucky they could .go far too. Two underwhelming countries so fortunate to be set up for knockout phase. BEL vs FRA should be interesting.
