Problem is that many of these guys are young and especially don't have tournament experience. What they do with their clubs means nothing. I am actually quite shocked we haven't seen the usual false narrative from the England side that, "The reason they suck is that they're just soooo good. They play too many matches all year long in the most difficult league in professional football so they're all tired now."

You don't see the impact of a system in the modern international game. I'd honestly put Switzerland in contention too.
