Been saying it for a while that the ball moves really quickly so that is going to be a side effect of it. Basically they designed it to be easy to hit hard and fast to suit attackers and the spectacle. Doesn't suit keepers or defenders much either.

Yeah I’ve noticed it as well. These modern footballs are just like plastic beach balls. Ridiculous stuff.
