The Ottomans take their revenge on the Habsburgs for the Battle of Vienna in 1683.
Can't celebrate revenge. That battle is how the Western world got access to coffee. :delpiero:

It's a brace alright.

Some things never change.

I'll say this much about Europe. Or at least Portugal. Because I don't see this in the U.S.

I know of at least two Portugal NT fans today who were invited to watch the match with friends, and they both turned it down because they preferred to get emotionally violent only with themselves during the match in private.

Yes, maybe that could be a local cultural thing to save face among your friends and neighbors where Americans could care less. But twice in the past day suggests a pattern.

Any of you other Uro-pee-ons out there have this happen in your countries? Or maybe I just have ultraviolent friends here...

BREAKING: Jude Bellingham has been given a suspended one-match ban and fined £25,000 for a gesture during England's 2-1 win over Slovakia

Busted for the gesture too? Love it when England has its own Demiral moment.

What a silly decesion, England can actually choose the game they want Jude to serve the ban… Fucking mafia…

They can't, its a massive misunderstanding.

It's just a fine, and suspended 1 match ban it's worded weird, it means he is like in a probation for next year. If he does any thing similar within that period it's immediate 1 match ban.

Demiral shouldn't been banned until they sure, let alone 2 games. Turks says its just a symbol for national animal Wolves. And UEFA says its a far right extremist/fascist symbol.

Maybe Demiral could just said its inside joke with friends in the stand like Jude did and it would been a fine.

Either way, Jude shouldn't be banned either, even if his seemingly directed at opponents. Diego Simeone and Cristiano Ronaldo done similar gestures in past lol, with no bans, but fines.

The iffy part is banning Demiral 2 games, basically their best defender, for a hand gesture they not even 100% sure what he meant by. If confirmed it's political, yeah ban him, but if there's ambiguous nature to it, then it's more tricky.

Yeah, I figured about the ban after I made this post and I was too lazy to edit it :)

Either way, I totally agree with you.

He should have said that he's a big metal-head.

I like Kroos but so far he looks a speed behind the young spaniards, however he already injured one and almost took out another a minute later lol
