Defensively England move to a 5-4-1 and offensively they even have 6 around the box. Shevchenko couldn't take it on himself to play a highline, yes it was risky but they caved in way too early. What a difference an early goal makes. That said, I'm surprised Ukraine got this far, you can't take pride in beating a team that fucking came third in their group beating only Macedonia and knocked out 10 man sweden in final stages lol.

Denmark need to play their own game, if they do, they'll win.

England are beating the teams they play. Not their fault they're getting this easy route to the final. If Spain won their group (which would have happened if Sweden didn't score a last-minute goal against Poland, or if Spain beat Sweden in the groups), England would have played Spain instead of Ukraine tonight. If Germany didn't equalize against Hungary late in the game, England were gonna get Portugal in the previous round, and the Portuguese would have been a tougher opponent than Germany, imo.
Sure, Wembley is an advantage, but ever since the EUROs started in the 1960s one team had the home advantage.

The only thing I don't like and I feel it favors the English, is that quarantine rule due to which England's opponents are playing without fans.
Hm.

On the surface what you're saying is right.

Expecting an England - Italy final.

As a Juve and Italy supporter who has only experienced European final losses (5 CLs losses and the Italy Euro 2012 loss) I'm not optimistic at all. The final being at Wembley and the international media hyping up "Football's coming home" just makes me all the more pessimistic. If Spain manages to knock Italy out I hope they do it with style. You will be hearing about this tournament until the day you die if England win it (they're still talking about 1966 for fucks sake).

Spain played a total of 240 intense minutes in their last two matches, I doubt they can recover enough energy for Tuesday. I predict a cagey first half and the Italians to dominate and win in the 2nd half. Italy have to finish off Spain early to be ready for the final battle.

As for England-Denmark, I can't see the Danes continuing their fairytale. England are just too solid at the back and will probably have a better gas tank after playing a training session in Rome.

3 teams Italy, Denmark, England which seems to have the best team chemistry and group. England is good but the spirit Denmark played since Eriksen's incident is immense.

They also have a better defensive unit (Kjaer-Christensen) and GK. Better threat on wingback and more pace than Ukraine. It won't be easy game for England

It certainly won't be easy. I'm just predicting that England will prevail at the end, I hope I'm wrong though. I would've had no issue with England winning it all if it weren't for their obnoxious media and the way UEFA are favoring them with the least amount of travel out of all teams.

England will run riots against Denmark just like they did against Ukraine
England tend to start the first 20min at a high pace. Then drop off. Use their 2 defensive midfielders to bore the life out of you then give the ball to fast wingers to just run at you. The Danes look organised. They will concede against England. Just hoping it isn’t too early. I can see it being tight. Should the Danes score first then that’ll be interesting.

If England win the whole thing then I hate to be subjected to the constant harping by the English press that theirs is the best team ever in the history of mankind.
How do you think I feel living here??

Semi and final in Wembley.

England winning this tournament is pretty much inevitable.
