I finally admit it. I was wrong. Terribly wrong.
Lukaku is an awesome player.
Lukaku is great, but only for certain teams. And he needs to feel constant appreciation from his coach, which is why him and Conte were such a good match.

Belgium as a whole look awful though. I have to admit I even get bored watching them.

Unless Portugal loses with 3 goal difference to France, they are ahead of Ukraine and Finland already, right? All on 3pts, they have GD -1 and -2, while Portugal had +1, and scored 5 already while Ukraine scored 4. If they lose by 3 they are still ahead of Finland atleast who scored 1 goal only with -2 difference. So they need to lose by 4 to be behind them. they are through pretty much, just need to know which position from

Btw, everybody picking Italy to win it all yet?

I want to be absolutely wrong, but I'm still going with my original pick: this will be England's year. Particularly now that the Brits have stopped jerking off to them ("Oh.... oh.... oh... It's coming home!"), Kane looks dead, and they have been pretty solid defensively.

I have France in the top spot but Italy second.

Didn't watch any of their qualifiers or the opener against Czechs but I thought they were awful against Scotland. Looked short of ideas, inspiration or any sort of effective gameplan.

I would say France, Germany or Italy
