There is no reason to think that he can score 5 goals in the 2014 worldcup (2nd highest) and another five in worldcup 2010 (golden boot) but not in Euros. The pressure is more in the WC. The same teams are there. WC is even harder. He is not just a normal goalscorer in worldcups he is arguably the best at it. I am not going to even mention what he does for Bayern
