I think most probably Lewy-Milik upfront, with some sub later. Two changes in midfield (Zielinski/some other + Kapustka?), and 1/2 in defence - Piszczek probably won't play to avoid another yellow, next sub would make our defence really vulnerable tho.

Not sure 1st place is good for us. 2nd place means game vs Switzerland and easier side like Salvo pointed, 'only' with Spain/Croatia in quarters.
