italy's plan A is pretty good , on the other hand spain's plan B is better than plan A :D

:disagree:
Llorente is worse and will never reach the level of torres

didn't they try the same on the first match ?
they did and conceded one goal and also risked getting 2 others , that aproach failed and has pratically failed through all their matches until now , they have failed to show anything good with that aproach

Ibra >>>>>>>>>>>> Llorente
they did, but that was the first game of the tournament for them and there is no saying what part of it was due to the team not having gelled yet. The first game is always a bit awkward in that regard.

So today is the big day! 2-1 for Italy, to be done in 90' minutes. Balotelli to get sent off because of the Catalan trash diving, but he will still score, Cheesio to score too.

true , but they also went to penaltys in the semis and risked until the 85' of the last match to not pass the group

i have seen him play
If Llorente is on sea level Torres is kilimanxharo and ibra is mount everest
it's a final, caution will likely reign supreme for both sides. Germany threw caution in the wind vs Italy and created chances but that didn't prevent them from losing the game rather naively. With that example fresh in del bosque's mind, and considering his tactics have taken them to the final, it's highly unlikely, and also be dangerous, he would change what's worked for them so far namely for the most important game.

would love to see if both teams start with shocking line ups, like spain actually play wingers and a forward then italy with 4-5-1 or something like that, it will be a legendary match.

low totally messed up the match , there is no comparision to this match
He played podolski althrough he hasn't done shit and there are much better options on the bench , played kroos who isn't a winger and with these wing played with gomez . After reus entered he was the most dangerous of the germans , the right way to attack italy is with pure wings , if germany would have played with schurrle or reus or goetze or muller at the wings they would have definetly been much more dangerous althrough they would have still risked in defense . Not because they want to , but because they have a bad defensive phase as seen against italy , greece and portugal
If low had played with the players that he has put on bench the match may have gone differently , the italians would have still scored and created a lot of chances but the germans would have created much more occasions and scored too

Spain will play different football today, they will be more effective than boring which will cause Italy some trouble unless they are sharp and to their toes the entire match.

Spain are the better team. But so was Germany. The Italians have been very effective at exposing the weaknesses of other teams so far.

italy had better teamwork than germany , and still considering the players that were on the field italy was still better

well, you kind of gave a good reason why Spain should be more careful in their approach - eliminate those deficiencies that proved detrimental for Germany by keeping possession and thus providing extra cover for the defense.
If anything, Low's naive approach in that game gave del bosque even more reason to continue with his patient possession tactics, provided he had any doubts regarding that at all.

choices up front had nothing to do with Germany getting opened up like a can of tuna at the back and Italy scoring 2 goals from two chances, mostly due to individual effort than a team one, really.
playing someone else in Podolski's place may have made Germany look livelier up front but doesn't explain the high defensive line, losing possession in dangerous moments, etc from the team. Gemany were simply too naive and impatient for a game at this level and especially when playing an opponent like Italy, which is legendary for it's tactical patience and acumen.

and just as importantly, you don't change what's working for you - Spain is in the final, they must have done something right. Plus they have more tactical flexibility with better players on the bench, who can make a difference as the game progresses. Spain knows it would be to their advantage to be patient and wait for their chances.

Italy's finishing must be a lot better today.

I hope you are wrong this time. I remember before the tournament started you said Italy will go far in the tournament people were laughing at you.
