Borini's inclusion makes no sense. Pretty sure he won't get a minute to play. I'd have definitely included Totti. At least you know you can expect him to do something others can't when things don't go your way.
International football matters to me when Iran is involved. Otherwise national teams are like clubs imo, I like Juve I like the Azzurri. By calling them "we", "us" I sure don't mean I'm Italian [], it only means that I'm their fan.

We drew like 14-15 matches this season. On how many the majority here thought the ref robbed us of the win? With the Italien azzurri, like Seven and Hoori for example, it's always the ref.

Italy will beat Ireland, I'm sure about it but I wouldn't be surprised to see a similar scenario to the one happened in Euro 2004.
This team, even if advance, will be definitely out against physically more prepared teams. The whole team was running out of gas halfway through the 2nd half.

I agree. With better decisions from Prandelli, they would have won the game.

I'm gonna be in Kiev for the quarter final match and it definitely looks like one of Croatia and Italy will be the 2nd placed from group C that plays the quarters in Kiev. I will either get to see my NT boys or my Juve boys
Wouldn't it be similar to the situation in Euro 2004 where in a mini table the results against Bulgaria were all cancelled? In this case if Spain beat Ireland tonight and get a 2-2 draw against Croatia Italy will be out no matter how many goals they score against Ireland.
