it is not about creating chances, france created more chances in WC final but did they win the cup..no! we r the WC winners and we can even beat Lithuania at home...thats wrong.

Lithuanina did what? Good 20 minutes of football and than they sat back. Italy created the chances ie: we easily could have scored, but the finishing was off. That doesn't mean the team played like shit. Very deceptive result. Lithuania didn't threaten Italy once during the 2nd half, and were reserved to shots from far away.

Inzaghi's sitter was a clear indication of the game, 9/10 he would have score. Unlucky.

Saved our asses? haha, plz, those chances Lithuania had were a jk to a goalie as good as Buffon. There were 2 saves where on replay, they were clearly going out, but he just jumped to make sure.

Of course for Lithuania this is a victory, and no doubt their supporters will gloat even though u only played 20 min of good football, while Italy handled the other 70, but were unlucky in their finishing ie: 9 times out of 10 Inzaghi would have scored on 2 of those chances, especially the open net.
