Yeah, Holland will play relaxed, their second team is consisted of good players that can beat Romania or take a draw at least.
The point is in Holland's motivation and their wishes. If the Dutch let Romanians win then France and Italy will be eliminated and i'm sure every dutchman would prefer Romania in the knock outs as a potential opponent in the semis than France or Italy.

But this way of thinking is typical for us in the Balkans, for the Italians and the other southerns. I don't think the Dutch will play dirty and let Romanians win. They have pride and they'll play for it.

but there's always the risk then that Holland don't put forward their strongest squad against Romania, I think that's the point the others are trying to make. We'd rather see France win tonight, so that Holland MUST get their best team together and win against Romania, as opposed to taking any risk. Lets be honest, Romania aren't bad, they've done one over both Italy and France, it wouldn't surprise me if they did one over Holland, and even more they'd probably win agains a lacklustre Holland surely.
