* Fàbregas replaced by Iniesta
* De Rossi replaced by Frings
* Villa replaced by Klose

got worried villa will not get that much playing time and got a feeling klose may just get a hatfull against the swiss

will probably regret all these transfers but:xfinger:
2 out of 3 aint bad but regretting that Villa decision, tbh i did not think they would alter the 4-5-1 formation

Decent matchday for me. My goalkeeper and defence combined for 32 points but the rest of my team let me down.

The player who brought me most points is a Swedish defender named Hanssen.
I had some other Swede in my defense and then Sadomin told me that guy isn't a regular so i replaced him with Hanssen and Hanssen scores a goal and brings me 12 pts.

I'll pick 2 Russians for the 2nd round. Greeks are among the worst teams. They have no attacking power and their defense is good only when they play for 0:0. After today's defeat they will have to play more open and the Russians will punish them.
So, a Russian striker and defender.

Since my advice obviously worked well for you, I'll trust you on this one. :D

    As they say in The Prisoner...

    "You are number 6."

    D'oh. Scratch that. Updates for the day just happened: I am number 3.

    Not too shabby. Not too shabby...

    (Sorry for using your tip against you, Stu ;) )

    Screw this.Not having Villa has brought me down to 15 from 7:(
    I have to laugh at all the douche announcers on ESPN's American coverage. All they could talk about is Fernando Torres and how he'd have to perform and score all the goals for Spain. Douchebags are so lazy they never watching anything but the EPL, apparently -- because the rest of us knew Villa was going to score like a mothaf*, and he sure didn't prove us wrong.

    Crawl out of your England cocoons and watch a little football in the rest of the world once in a while, you ESPN twits.

    I'm not doing too poorly in 8th place, especially because two of my players didn't even play during the first matches. :p

    I bought Fernando Torres today as he's got to score sometime. It was Villa's day today, so hopefully it will be Torres' next time.

    Buffon

    Puyol - Abidal - Corluka

    Camoranesi - Modric - Moutinho - Tuncay Sanli

    van Nistelrooy - Ibrahimovic - Torres

    I like my hedge play in having both Zlatan and Torres.
