they'll only buy the loaned players they could sell for a quick profit (like jovetic), they'll also sell handanovic, thohir is about to bring a chinese investor to cover some losses, and yes, they'll probably buy banega who only has 1 year left of his contract. it'll still be a shitty team with mancini.
