hah, Christian Obodo plays for Olhanense. I started watching since the 30th minute and for now Benfica are controlling the game but aren't creating much.

It looks like Eduardo Salvio (10 app. in the league) had a hand injury and is substituted with Markovic (25 app. in the league)
----------------------------

60 min....

2-0 for Benfica. Olhanense are playing really poor and it's hard to decide how great are Benfica. But they scored two goals for 2 minutes.

64 min...

First nice opportunity for Olhanense. A shot from a long distance.

Olhanense's coach is an Italian who coached in Serie C1/2 and D throughout his career. Good preparation for Benfica, they will be just as defensive and boring as Juventus.

Nah, they are playing against the last team in the league. There's no comparison with the first team in Seria A and also the team that scored the most goals in the competition ( Seria A).

Well, the game looks as good as over. Benfica are doing whatever they want now and are trying as hard as they can to get another goal. I'm out. :)

'We are way better than Benfica'
'We are the favorites for the EL '

@PostIronic,@Joe

 :howler:
Are you trying to say we didn't far outplay them over the two legs? For, we certainly did. We just were piss-poor with our finishing, and they scored twice from 4 chances over the entire two legs.

Congrats to Benfica for going through, but we were the much better team. Sometimes better teams lose. For example, basically every team that lost to Chelsea during their winning of the UCL.

You guys dint give them much respect with the usual arrogant and cocky responses.
They are a quality team and deserved to go thru in the end.
We overrate our team too much and thats a fact.

Fair played to Benfica, they showed how to defend, hope they go on to win it
Agreed. Benfica showed a lot of grit and fortitude to pull it off, despite some foul play and some dubious refereeing. They deserved to go through, not Juve, and I hope they break the curse.

I'm sorry. I said to the Benfica fan, I thought that we were slight favourites at like 55-45. That was exactly what I said? A lack of respect? Right. We were the better team over the two legs, our finishing was awful. Therefore, yes, they deserve to go through. Finishing is part of the game and we didn't do it regardless of chances created and control. It's too bad, but things don't always work out in sports for the team you cheer on. So now I'll look forward to Europe next year.
