Nedved wanted to avoid Turkey return
By Football Italia staff

Juventus director Pavel Nedved isn’t overly enthusiastic about a Europa League trip to Trabzonspor in the last 32.

After being knocked out of the Champions League at Galatasaray last week, the Old Lady will return to Turkey in February.

“I’m not that happy about having to go to Turkey again,” Nedved told TMW on Monday. “Things haven’t gone too well for us there in the recent past.

“It will be a tough and long away trip. We will have to find the right motivation to play it as Juventus.”

Reaching the Final, to be staged at the Juventus Stadium, is now a target for the Old Lady but they could face rivalsFiorentina in the last 16 if they both progress.

“Fiorentina? Let us just think about one game at a time,” the former Czech international continued.

“The Europa League is not a competition that you should under-estimate, there are good sides who are tough to take on.

“We have to take it step by step.”

Juve, at home first, will play Trabzonspor on February 20 and 27.

We if anything should be happy to go to turkey, this is part of redemption.

I have to admit though. So far, Trabzonspor seems to have much better fans than Gala. They haven't come here to spout inflammatory bullshit, hopefully this stays the case.

And undoubtedly, they are relishing the opportunity of lifting the trophy in our stadium. Would be any violascum's wetdream

we must beat them just to avoid those rodent fans from reaching the final and escaping the away fans enclosure to fill the tribunas and curvas with more and more rats...

...the cost of sanitizing the stadium will damage our summer mercato

"Juventus were knocked out of the Champions League by a Turkish side and we can give them the pleasure of being eliminated by another!"

Apparently Trabzon are rubbish but tend to play well and at times beat the big Turkish teams.

No we show our opponents in Europe FAR too much respect. We are the Champions of Italy, we possess one of the best midfields in Europe, a legendary GK, and a rock solid defense. Beating poor sides like Galatasaray and Copenhagen should be routine for us. It's time to grow some balls and whoop some @$$. Trabonzapr whatever can go FUCK themselves.

You are actually making it worse.

Beeing humble and not underestimating the opponent, is exactly what we need to do.
We need to go into games, understanding their strong points, and realise we need to play with intensity and heart to take the victory.
If we play like that, we are immense.

What we shouldnt do, is what we did in the first two games.
We tought we could just win at the end. We tought copenhagen and galatasaray are shit, and we wouldnt need efford. we werent humble, we were very cocky and unrespectfull

So yes, juve needs to be humble, and play with a rocket up its ass, thinking we cant win otherwise. If we do that, we can beat anyone
