Yeah it seems so. We have some good goalies in Szczesny and Boruc. There's Dortmund trio in Blaszczykowski, Lewandowski and Piszczek. There are some young guns in foreing clubs. Other than that it's bunch of randomness. Although last games have been a bit better. We are getting lots of german and french players of polish descent.
