In theory you'd have a point. Milan winning the CL in 2007, Inter winning it in 2010 and Inter dominating serie A for years should have forced Juventus to invest more, work harder and do everything possible to reach the level of its greatest rivals. But that didn't happen.

But now they're almost guaranteed to be top 2 finishers every year. We're likely not making it this year, whereas Napoli and Lazio or Roma will. They get the money to build on their teams while we all have to fight it out for one less spot next year.
