Italian vs German teams in this round in Europe:

Italy:
2-2-3 (6:7) 8pts (since a win is counted 2pts then it's 6pts)

Germany:
3-2-1 (11:8) 11pts (8pts).

These points are devided with the number of teams each country has.
Since there are 7 Italian clubs it's 6:7= 0.75pts for Italy this round
There are 6 German clubs so it's 8:6= 1.33 pts for Germany this round

At this moment here's how the UEFA Country coefficients look (last 5 years are counted)
1 England 68.856
2 Spain 66.900
3 Italy 53.052
4 Germany 50.707

The Germans are getting closer and closer. Since next year pts gained in season 2005/06 won't be counted (Italy won 15.3 while Germany won 10.4 in that particular season) the Germans will surely overtake Italy unless the Italians do much better than Germany in the next two seasons.

Well bad for italy good for Juve. The whole country was against Juve in the Calciopoli so they deserve it. Plus Juve will gain more CL money with less teams in the competition

lol juve to save italian football again ?

is this the same Juve that struggles to score HOME against a gerradless liverpool to go through ? (2005) or how about the time when we got knocked against the worst arsenal team in history.

Juventus have been just as awful as the rest, we've only reached one semi final in the past decade

its over ! im just glad that I witnessed serie a in its best days :( something our children won't be witnessing

Didn't the same Arsenal make it to the only CL final in their history?
Or do you mean they were missing some important players on those matches against us? I don't remember if they did.

dude they were crap, they just made it 4th on the last day on the premirship. But seeing as though they were already out of the League race they focused everything in the CL

Well you said semi-final, but anyhow things is not that bad. You should have faith in Juve. I think we have the players to take us far in any competition but they need to play more with each other and improve their passing. things is looking brighter for sure to us......

Not a bad point.

Surely they will recover, they have a good team, as we found out in pre-season.
