so a little gay sex is cool then?
I actually ignored your political reference. I don't have a problem with gay sex in the literal sense. "Do what you want in your own bedroom".

As for diving. I don't like it. But to call someone a diver, hypocrite, or otherwise terrible person for a play that was not a dive... is crazy.

haha! the recession is also his fault, he caused the milan economy to spiral down in 2005, which caused the US fashion market to go crazy, which caused the rich americans in NY to....something like that

You know Enron, Gerrard won a CL on the back of a "soft penalty" as it were, it doesn't get much more crucial than that.
Gerrard shouldn't have tried to score? He went in hard and Nesta knocked him over. Last time I checked, that isn't Gerrard's fault.

martin, enron is pointing out the fact that for that penalty, gerrard did not actually dive. which is what I said about tuesday's penalty. when you get banged in to like he did in both occasions, it's pretty normal for the player to fall down. sure, the facial expression was dramatic, but that's not enough to condemn it as a dive. everyone has seen gerrard dive in the past, but he's not the serial diver and cheat people here are suggesting.

I didn't "bang into" anyone, I'm just tickling your sore spot :D

JuveRev said hypocrisy is the worst quality anyone can have, can you believe it? I bet he loathes himself.

Contact is made in the box all the time, usually multiple times. It's up to the referee to decide how much contact deserves a penalty. Which leads me to my original argument that the referee was the responsible party.

There were a few "nudges" in the box today that might have been penalties if Juve and Madrid had been so unfortunate to have the referee from yesterday.

haha! poor bastard. which thread is this again?
Well if you insist, there was a Tiago handball, but hard to say it was intentional, no way he saw that coming. Then there was Legro who got Ruud's shot right into his arms, which were at his body, I'd say that's legal.

But what would you rather have, a draw with two crappy penalties or Del Piero destroying Real Madrid? ;)

I was referring to the couple of body shots taken by Raul in the box on your end. And the similar contact made on Del Piero a couple of times near the penalty area on their end.

The hand balls wouldn't have matter to the referee from yesterday. He didn't call two of them.
