I'll probably receive a lot of shit for this, but I honestly don't like it when my league is deemed as a second rate retirement home. Clubs such as Roma who have good players should be able to hold their weight and reach respectable positions at this level, but instead they embarrass themselves. And this doesn't look good on my favorite league. The more frequently this happens, the more second rate the league seems to be and then when we happen to win the damn thing, it's deemed as a second rate trophy. While people who say that can go fuck themselves, I still want to play in a top class place. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Nope, you wont get a lot of shit for this cause you're right!!!! But i must add something to your comment and that is that if we all want the Italian league to be more respected and much stronger than it is then Italian clubs should buy more international star players!!! Now i am not saying that we should become Arsenal, but i am saying that (in my oppinion) Itallian football lacks with international stars!! Too many weak-ass italian players play in many Italian clubs!! But there is a different side to this story....maybe italian clubs (except Juve, Milan and Inter) are poor and dont have the money for this kind of investments OR maybe they are not poor but their owners use the clubs for many other things except for football!!!

Since the scandal or maybe before that the league became a joke, it's my favorite league too, but fact is fact, Serie A and it's teams is not any better than EPL or La Liga. Sadly there is only Inter, and they are also underachieving idiots, that's why teams like Roma or Ranieri's Juve can get close, and that's for Inter's idiocy (could be different thou this year).
