We can get Galatasaray because they won't be seeded. But Fenerbahce will be seeded and we can't get them.

Unfortunately we can play vs Atletico Madrid.
It doesn't matter where does a team comes from. Only the UEFA coefficient matters and Atletico Madrid have lower coefficient than 16 teams that will play in the 3rd round which puts them on 17th place and makes them the team with the highest coefficient among the unseeded teams.

Oh, and in case someone's wondering why is it that Atletico aren't seeded and why do they have a low coefficient, it's because UEFA counts the results teams made in the European competitions in last 5 years while Atletico didn't play in Europe in 4 of the last 5 years and only last year they played in UEFA cup where they won solid 16.5 points.

Theoretically we can but i doubt they'll eliminate Partizan. Baki hardly eliminated Rabotnicki (on away goals) and Rabotnicki lost their best 13-14 players this summer and they played with youngsters.
