This is what Inter is doing to Serie A's reputation-
I got this from an Inter forum:
Inter were torn apart today in the Uk and Irish press
one pretty notorious TV pundit last night went on a 10 minute tirade about how Serie A is a joke, Inter play worse football than the Irish national side (who are deemed a joke here anyway) , Reading's Kevin Doyle is better than Ibrahimovic and more ....
they were said obviously in jest but this was the point : Inter played shambolicly bad football against what is, in the EPL, considered a pretty average side in relation to Man U/ Arsenal
or, more accurately, "Liverpool are bad, but Inter are worse"
this is the sort of lasting impression performances like last night's give the world footballing community
last night was an unmitigated disaster for the club's reputation
and this is why I dreaded last night's game so much : because if we lost, or more importantly, played incredibly badly, I'd have to listen to at least another year of Serie A-bashing from the UK/ Irish media
For Mancini to play that deep against a side that we should not have had any fear of was scandalous and totally destroyed any chances of putting together constructive play
all long ball, hit-and-hope bullsh*t
Ibrahimovic's reputation in this part of the world has got even lower (I didn't think this was possible)
