Milan winning the CL for the 7th time or 6th for Liverpool or 3rd for ManU would hurt a lot. Give the options i did rather hope its Chelsea. There mini moment of glory will be over anyways(next season), when Mourinho will be gone.

Exactly my thoughts, mate.

Especially if Milan wins, we're never gonna hear the end of it :wallbang:

How can Milan make the semis with this team, this is becuming too much to take. Really frustrating. I thought this year was going to be a transition period, Milan wud find it difficult to replace Maldini and Cafu, but these guys seem to going on forever.

Well, "I would love" is much too strong a statement. More like "I wouldn't mind". Frankly the CL has been dead boring this year. I don't know if it's me or if the tournament has just been crap this time around.

Anyway, when Mourinho first came along I thought it would be fun if he could repeat a CL win. He didn't, but now he might. He's not as hot anymore, trailing ManU all year, but why not. Not that there's anything else going on in the CL.

I'm bored with Milan though I don't mind them, pool is the definition of boring and ManU just seems wrong. :D
1000000% agree :agree:

Sadly, Italian teams struggle against pace because they simply aren't used to that type of player/football in Serie A. Whose to blame? Probably the dinosaurs who coach the teams.

The top teams 'design' their team for domestic success as a priority, so they have players and tactics that can't cope when they face teams who can ruthlessly exploit weaknesses.
i have to disagree there holdon mate, there has been numerous times when italian teams dealt with pace.

imo with the right tactics there shouldn't be any problems with pace, long balls or watever.
Terrible performance by Bayern, especially from their midfield. Van Bommel, Ottl, Brazzo and Hargreaves hardly passed the ball correctly and didn´t create nothing. Also Makaay is useless, put freaking Pizzaro in the games, he is the best Bayern striker.

Poor Lucio and van Buyten didn´t play bad at all, they did some nice defending, but they don´t have any help from midfield.

:faq2: you Milan! I freaking hate them and I hope they lose 7-1 from Man Utd!
but still makaay is their top scorer.
How people's vision can be clouded by goals..

Milan wasn't better than Bayern whatsoever. In fact, the two were pretty damn equal. Milan was quite lucky to score two nice goals, one of which offside as well, but apart from that they haven't been showing good football. Anyone who claims Bayern is playing awful is out of their mind.
They have no creativity and rythem at all. That was evident in the first leg and thats when they had their most creative player in the squad playing(schweistiger)

Last night they didn't get any space to breathe and had to revert to long balls which in the end is always easy to deal with.

Milan were the better team and could've score more easily if they wanted to.
"I would love to see Chelsea winning the trophy" is probably the most sickening thing I've heard in a while.
:Agree:

I still think Manchester will win it. They're simply too superior.

7-1 vs. Roma speaks it's full volume. But yeah, the three other semifinalists have good chances as well.

I think this CL is really exciting to follow...

In CL this season Pizzaro was the best Bayern striker and top scorer. Also he is much more effective in front of goal IMO, everytime he enters in Bayern gets more dangerous in the Milan´s defense zone.

:agree: I completely agree with you, that is what I said also.

:howler: 2 days ago you were on Roma´s side. And when I said Roma will be owned by an English team, you mocked at me.

I think this CL is really exciting to follow...
I disagree, CL this season is pretty lame and boring, it is obvious some clubs are really missing to add the the spice to the competition.
