I´m basing Gila on his performance and importance for any team he plays for. He was good for Parma, so what? He isn´t a hero for bigger fishes like Italy and Milan....

because of time and expireince of playing the game Gila is still learning where as Alex and Trez have gone through the learning stage. Look at Henry useless flop with Juve a few seasons later after time and playing he is the best striker in the Premiership abd prob the most deadly playing for France NT?
