villa is a better finisher than gila, and he is more creative, besides a lot seem to forget about morientes, this guy has been in good form, playing A LOT better than with liverpool and thats one of the reasons why villa hasnt shined as much.

Jun-hide how are you doing man?
:smoke: - No chance. Not writing applications to US Grad school ATM.:D

La Liga is better than Serie ATM, but you should be wary of their strikers record. If likes of Javi Moreno banged as much goal as he did then I feel a lot of those goals are inflated. Villa came to WC with HUGE reputation, replacing Raul. Whilst he wasnt overly bad, he didnt impress me. I expected better. I feel his striking partner Torres to be superior player.

BTW, I think even Zlatan can score 17-18 goals in La Liga. Easy. Fataldo was scoring at the higher rate when he is half the player he was at Inter. Despite Zlatan's infuriating tendencies to dwell on the ball, he is far more skillful than Villa, and he has pretty good record of providing his teammates (shockingly yes).

I hate Ibra. The bastard's demeanor, attitude, selfishness, surprise me everyday (yes he comes up with even shocking stuff). But he is one hell of talent. With his head fixed, Golden Boot Winner. David Villa is not THAT good based on what I have seen.

I guess I am up against it. The majority wins in a democratic society.:p

But I would just like to point out I am precisely angered by Ibra because he has so much talent! He is probably a notch below Rooney, Messi or Ronaldo, but beside them he can be as good as anyone. If he fixes his head.

But praising Ibra come just about close to blaspheme in this board, I guess. What is worse? Criticizing Del Piero or Praising Ibra? I think we should have vote on this.:D

Btw, Javi Moreno is a joke compared to Villa. So what if he's the top scorer for a season or so? Then what do you make out of Lucarelli? Villa's pace, mental, dribbling, and finishing is far superior to Moreno. Also Moreno came to fame during his late 20's, same as Lucarelli. Villa is already a world class striker and he's in his early 20's.

No Villa is far superior than Javi Moreno from the very few matches I have seen him play in Europe and WC. But the whole point is there is good reason to believe from that past record of players who have played at both league that La Liga scoring ratio is highly inflated to that of Serie A.

I am just not sold on Villa yet. The matches he is going to play against from now on, big European matches will determine his career. I hope he does well against Inter though.

I didnt see Villa play, but no one can deny Ibra's skills with the ball...his finishing isnt good, but he is improving it at inter!
i hate Ibra, but i also must admit he is very talented:agree:
the biggest 2 mistakes juve management made were selling him with viera to inter  :smoke:

Actually selling Zlatan was a good thing. His head had swelled too much to be at Juventus any more. The mistake that Juventus did make however, was let Capello spoil Zlatan.Had he not done that,Zlatan might have shown his true potential on a longer basis than just one season.
