Bommel did Indeed play.

But Tuesday night they weren't yet qualified. Thats why some of their star players started the game. After two keep I think Rajkaard will want to rest some players.

I do not know if anyone posted this as i have not bothered to look at all the posts but i heard last night that Inter started with no Italina players and in fact inly 1 European player in Figo, if thats true, they got no chance in hell in winning serieA.

I heard the commentator say that last night too. Figo and Wome were the only non south american players on the pitch.

Last season during a Serie A match, when Toldo got substituted by Fontana, Inter became the first team in Serie A history to field no Italians.

I'm confused. Toldo and Fontana being Italian, what exactly did you mean by that?

Julio Cesar

J Zanetti - Cordoba - Samuel - Wome

Figo - Veron - Cambiasso - Solari

Adriano - Recoba

Yeah, what a joke that is. This is partly why Inter have had such little success over the past decade or so.

How many players on that team have been at Inter for more than two years? Three, and one of them rarely plays. How many players on Juventus' starting lineup have been at the club for more than two years? At least six.
