A tad unfair IMO.Sure it was dangerous but high boots are usually rewarded with a yellow.Yeah I know Van Persie nearly deconstructed the guy's face but replays show clearly that there was no intention in it and Van Persie wasn't even looking where he was going.

It warranted something in between a yellow and a red IMO.:undecide:

Trezeguet Thanks Team-mates

The French hitman has become a Juve legend after scoring his 100th goal for the Old Lady.
David Trezeguet has become the 13th all-time top-scorer for the Bianconeri as he reached the 100th goal milestone, just four goals behind another French Juventus legend: Michel Platini.

“I was waiting to reach this goal for quite some time, I thank my team-mates. They were great to give me all the contribution to celebrate. Being part of the history of this team is a very great satisfaction and now my objective is that of doing better than a legend like Platini. We spoke on the phone and he we very happy for me."

The former Monaco striker also outlined the goals which for him were the most important and gave him the most satisfactions.

“The most important was that scored against Milan last year because it helped us to win the Scudetto. The one that gave me most satisfaction was the one against Real Madrid, first because we eliminated them, secondly because I was returning from an injury and for me it was very important to score.”

Trezegol had a special dedication for his 100th goal.

“The daughter of Federico Balzaretti, a great player and man, was born today: this win is for the mum and also for him, who did very well to come to us."

So i was watching the game Villarreal against Man U. Man U truly domintaed the game with some passes, and RVN was on fire, but too bad he met a keeper and a defender that guard the net so well that he cannot score. The 1st attempt was blocked off by Viera and the 2nd was unbelievable, juz when Ruud was thinking he was about to score when the ball is about to reach the touchline, the ball was whacked out by Gonzalez, and Ruud was left &@#$@#&*$!!!!!.

Villarreal linked up with some passes which were intercepted most of the time, which is y Forlan didn't have many chances. The attacks rarely landed to Forlan, however on a dangerous occasion, Van der Sar has to pull a superb save.

In the 2nd half, Tacchinardi was brought in to shape up the defence. And yea Man U still dominates, but Tacchi's presence makes it even harder for Man U to score, even if they have the chances they miss it. Villarreal still looks like they r missing something, but the highlight is Tacchi's backheel pass when being surrounded by Scholes and Fletcher to some1 who I forgot his name to aid him in his attack which is wasted again due to a mispass.

Ah the highlight, Rooney tackled Alvarez in the back and was yellow carded. Yet this guy showed his stupidity by clapping towards Kim Nielsen which immediately prompted him to give Rooney a red. wahaha wad a stupid action. Villarreal played better with the dismission of Rooney, however they still mis timed their passes, which leads to a stalemate. Along the game fouls occured and a fight nearly broke out between Smith + Sorin. Too bad Riquleme has to watch the game at the stand, or else he would make a very big difference for Villarreal

What a game from Juve.Very good team, sure on of the best of the world. We tried to attack but we couldn't, at least we didn't defend with 5 men, but tried to score. You have to see that we have a budget of 20 million €, the ammount that you paid for viera, so that's already a big difference.A bruges player said in an interview :" this is the best team i played against, better than Milan "
Today i heard a thing from a friend that the knee of Nedved is in three parts , is that true ? :D
