oh...i see!!

hey,do you like giourkas?? :extatic:

isn't he great??
he´s a very good player. the best transfer for porto this season. diego and fabiano are:down::down:

he´s similar to ferreira, that left to chelsea and only cost 3 million euros.

I'm not all that surprised, they'll need a good deal of time to find their feet and there are alot of expectations hanging about them to fill the shoes of Deco and Derlei.

With a shattered defence + the absence of Adriano?
The absence of Adriano has already created enough trouble for Inter to defeat Milan, let alone a draw. Unless Adriano does superbly in the 2nd round, I don't see Inter beating Milan any day .
we said the same about Juve -Roma clash in Olympico
but we did it

I hope it's Milan, and not Inter. not to be overconfident-we still have Liverpool (ok, not so bad a draw) and then probably chelsea, so we'll be lucky to get to the point where the Milan derby matters to us

Sandro Mazzola , in Scudetto prog in Abu Dhabi sport channel
he said Inter is usually unlucky when the commentator asked him about there clash against Milan in CL

and he said that as an inter fan i really don't want to face Juve in any time bcuz simply they are juve and they never give up and i think they are the most difficult team to beat in CL

Diego isn't really useless. He still has a lot to offer to the club. He will get better in time.

Uefa have rejected Manchester United's proposal to change the format of the Champions League to help ensure that ‘higher-profile’ clubs reach the last eight.
Earlier this week United called for a seeding system instead of the random draw which currently takes place after the first group stage.

But Uefa director of communications William Gaillard said: "These plans would turn the competition into a bit of a joke.

"Are United saying they want a static competition where the same clubs reach the latter stages every season?"

He added: "If that’s the case, supporters and television companies would lose interest straightaway because the competition would become boring.

"The reason why the Champions League is so lucrative to clubs is because the competition is so exciting and full of surprises."

United were eliminated from the Champions League after losing to AC Milan in the first knockout phase this season. Real Madrid, Barcelona and holders Porto also went out at the same stage, along with Arsenal and Werder Bremen.

United chief executive David Gill suggested: "At the moment we effectively have a random draw after the group stage.

"Maybe we should use a system where the holders are rated number one and they play the 16th ranked team, number two versus 15, and so on."

Gaillard’s response? "Introducing seeding that would keep clubs apart would make it boring and result in totally meaningless fixtures during the group stages.

"If Manchester United had won their group then they would not have been drawn against AC Milan in the knockout stage. Maybe they should consider that.

"Anyway I’m not sure that United would have beaten PSV Eindhoven, for instance, to reach the last eight."

At least some sense from the authorities. Hope the FA can also display such wisdom in the Chelski-Mutu case.

...meanwhile...

The Bayern Munich coach is confident that his side will prevail in the double Champions League quarter final encounter against Chelsea.
Felix Magath is positive that the German squad are in a better physical condition than the English league leaders, especially thanks to the winter break which Bayern Munich benefited from.

“I’m happy to be playing the first match away from home. We saw how they played against Barcelona and I’m sure that we can beat them. Our great advantage will be that we had the winter break, which there isn’t in England.

“I can’t believe that Chelsea is in the same psychological-physical form they were three months ago. I think they are tired after all those matches they played. It’s absolutely the right moment to face them and I’m sure that we shall reach the semi-finals. From a physical point of view, we are definitely better.”

The first leg between Chelsea and Bayern Munich will be played at Stamford Bridge on the 5th of April as both teams vie to qualify for the semi-final against the winner from the other quarter final encounter involving Liverpool and Juventus.

Wish Bayern would knock Chelsea out, even though it would be terrible for us to cross swords again. And I think the whole world would celebrate if Chelsea were to get knocked out :)
