Just a lil point, you know since in the UK, girls are doing better at GCSEs and have least crashes, then why exactly do you think your better drivers and are smarter?

I hate to sound like a chauvinist, but IMO males are generally more skillful drivers, but they probably have more crashes because of testosterone-induced stupidity. I know too many bad female drivers to make me think otherwise... sorry

Yep, absolutely agree on this one. And it has nothing to do with intelligence or focus or anything like that, it's all in the mindset. Men have this fascination with technology, why is it that it's usually the man of the house to pick out the stereo, the computer, the tv, the car etc? It's an innate thing. As a consequence, driving is more than just getting around, it's something we do, take satisfaction in, something we pride ourselves in. It's like a hobby and so the mindset is different. How many men do you know that take pride in their driving? How many women do that?

At least as far as generalizations go.
