Maicon played a blinder against Monaco and would imo be a very good purchase especially if we change formation and use something with a back three. He's perfect for the wide midfield role in a 3-4-3 because he plays as a full back in a four man defence but is an extremely attacking player. I wouldn't mind something like this in a couple of years:

Buffon
Kompany Barzagli Cannavaro
Maicon Emerson Essien Zambrotta
Riquelme
Ibrahimovic Mutu
Kompany ok Barzagli ok Maicon don`t know him but he sounds ok Essien heard great things about him the same for Mutu but Riquelme I prefer playing with Appiah than playing with him I really dislike this player he is so overated!!!
yes he has some creativity but that`s it the only thing he knows is how to be creative and how to hold the ball for too long!

not a chance, he is a flop. One good game this season against Lecce...
Yeah, that Cannavaro guy sucked at Inter too. I wonder what happened to that flop's career...

It's hardly fair to judge players based on their performance at Inter

Van Der Meyde is a good player but I`m not quite sure he is for Juve and you are right Inter are a graveyard for football players

I think that Van der Meyde is great but at the moment Camoranesi is doing great and I would take him over Van der Meyde or Ljungberg

Daddi

Cuadrado is juan hell of a derby king!

Camoranesi is better than VDM, thats also why I dont want him here. And he didn't impress me at Ajax either..

IMO he should have gone to a club like Valencia, where a right winger is needed. I'm sure he will develop into 1 of the best Dutch right wingers there.

You prefer Appiah to Riquelme? I suppose I have to respect your opinion but the difference between the two in ability is incalculable. Appiah doesn't come close to Riquelme in terms of technical skill, passing, shooting, set pieces, or creativity. Roman has everything you expect a playmaker to have whereas Appiah, like the vast majority of our central midfielders, gives nothing to the team offensively. Perhaps that isn't his primary responsibility seeing as he's a defensive midfielder, but Emerson, Blasi and Tacchinardi are all better than him in that position.

I see both players as a flops but at least Appiah won`t cost us money since we already own him!
