Regained?

And I don't see how La Liga can be considerd that boring compared to the EPL, especially the past few years where it was obvious Chelsea had the title after a month into the season.

Well the title race ain't everything. I just find the football played in England atm to be more attractive. Even though I have to admit, watching Real Madrid suffer is a huge enjoyment factor.

Well that's down to personal opinion. All I'm able to watch at the moment being in college is the EPL, and I find myself bored out of my mind sometimes. However, now that I'm home for the holidays I have been able to enjoy some La Liga and Serie A, and it really opens my eyes to how much I actually miss that selection of football. But I love football when the ball is on the ground, not blasted through the air like a ping pong match.

Shite to put it mildly. Did you by any chance watch A Madrid - Gimnastic yesterday? It's about the same. I have a hard time staying awake.
You'd expect some good football when it's two big name clubs like Villareal and Valencia.
No, I did not watch Athletico. TBH, the Real - Deportive match earlier this evening was my first LaLiga match this season - I'm (still) watching mostly Serie A and of course Bundesliga.

Well the Deportivo - Real match today was rather exciting...
Yeah, it was. I'm glad Deportivo got it home, even with this amount of wasted chances. But Real really was no danger to them today. Poor Don Fabio :D .

Cannavaro Rarely Wins A Ball, Raps Tense Capello

A visibly tense and very curt Fabio Capello responded to questions on his decisions by backing all of them - even that of playing Sergio Ramos at left back. However, he did let out his frustration with Fabio Cannavaro's Real Madrid form.

"I don't regret not lining Marcelo up from the very start," said Capello. "I can't simply line up two newcomers as starters for such an important match.

"Marcelo is only 18 years old and has to play more games. I know this from experience. Ramos did a good job as left back. The whole team suffered throughout."

Refusing to speak about Deportivo's hold on the game, he went on to insist on attributing the first goal to Guti's absence: "We gave the first goal away. Guti is always our fourth man on the barrier and the ball went through his vacant hole. Casillas could do nothing to stop it.

"Once they scored they grew more confident. I'm the one who's responsible for everything that goes on, both if we win and if we lose. We play eight matches this month. We'll see how we come out of that, when the last match is over."

However, he finally decided to spak about Cannavaro's continued run of poor form: "Cannavaro is playing badly recently. He never wins a ball against an opponent."

So if Capello is so concerned with starting young players, why did he give Gago his debut with the club in the first match possible? This idiotic coach doesn't even make sense anymore.

daaamn super Depor ran rings around the merengues. If Cap doesnt get his team back in shape they could even be forced to play the CL qualifiers and start the season early

And furthermore, I hope players such as Gago and Higuain fall flat on their faces and never develop their talent. That will teach them for moving to Real Madrid at such an early age and letting Capello fuck them over.
It's like Moussawi in Syriana asking Bob who stole money from him while pulling his finger nails out. Well, the answer is Capello.
:agree: :D

Real thrashed by Deportivo and Recreativo, two average teams. :disagree:

Pathetic...

Capello should go to a Coach course again, this time his class should be "Modern football".
