Well, if we are set on letting Trezeguet go, we might as well swap him for a good player. I'd take Abidal but Marquez would suit us better.

It will kill me if we swap Trez with Abidal.
I mean, i like Abidal and i want him in Juve, but i'd rather we pay money for him.

I know it's illogical but Trez is one of my all time favs and it pains me that his worth is the same as Abidal's. There were times when one could think about exchanging Trez with another great and very expensive player.
And Trez is less than 2 years older than Abidal. It's not like there is some big age difference.

But the reality is that Trezeguet can't bring much money today and going by their market value, Trez-Abidal will even be a fair deal.

Abidal would surely increase the quality of our defence, but I would never trade one of our legends such as Trezeguet for him. It just doesn't feel right for me. I also doubt Barca would let him go even if we wanted him since he's a starter over there.
