Welcome to the big league boy but you need to be initiated:
@Bianconero81 can you make your one a little clearer than some others pls? I still get confused when you say 'fagiot' because of Fagioli and Rabiot. Hard to know who you're talking to.

Barrencunt is my suggestion.

Anyway we're not gonna need it because he's our new new best player

Why me though.

Never in my life came up with a player nickname :p
You gotta nickname for your right hand and for your paynus tho, I'm sure you can come up with one for Enzo

Idk why Allegri took him out he was all over the place defensively. Man he looked good to me. Maybe I’m blind but the numbers kinda back it up (3 tackles, 2 clearances, 2 interceptions, 90% pass accuracy in just 45 minutes) not his fault Bonucci is dusted

Not sure what to think about this kid.
On the one hand, he was one of the main reasons for our chaotic display in the first half. He struggled tactically, was way too slow, and he didn't protect the defense well in the sense that he was leaving a huge gap between the midfield and defense. Once Loca replaced him, we became a different and much better organized team.
On the other hand, I absolutely loved his tackles and interceptions. Noone else in this team does this as well as Barrenechea.

This is the problem with focussing on numbers for players. They often don't tell the whole story about what a player is/isn't doing on the pitch.

In some ways he had a decent game which is reflected in his numbers. When the ball is in front of him he reads the situation really well for a young player. When the play is scrappy in particular, he seems to predict how it well develop and position himself nicely to tidy it up which leads to good numbers (passing %, interceptions, tackles).

But too often he didn't read the runs of the opposition behind him. There was often a big gap between Bonucci (who has to play deep because he is so slow) and Barrenechea which Samp were picking up more and more as the half went on. It is an area Locatelli has been more important in as the season has gone on in terms of sitting and protecting the defence.

He's so young and inexperienced though plus his reading of the game in general is good. He should hopefully improve on that quite easily.

It's his second start. Max did well to take him off imo, for the betterment of the team. However, he should (and I think will) get enough chances to play and improve as he goes along.

Yeah, he will surely become better. His speed, or lack of it, will be a burden in the future too. Today's football doesn't allow you to be that slow.

But then it was the same problem with paredes who usually left a big gap between midfield and defense apart from the fact he doesn't do anything else. Really need to sign a good DM in the transfer market.

his running isn't that slow, it's the reactions and thinking that don't cut it (yet). this guy only played in much slower competitions so far, let's see whether he improves with some experience at a higher level. i actually liked most of what he did tonight
