Oh purlease. Suarez shouldn't have said negro, but Evra's sudeco comment was unnecessary too.

He said negro once, that's really all that can be claimed as factual. If Suarez hadn't admitted to that, he'd likely not have gotten any penalty. Read the 115 page report. It's all there.
IIRC according to the report, it was more like:

The FA's case, in short, was as follows. In the goalmouth, Mr Evra and Mr Suarez spoke to
each other in Spanish. Mr Evra asked Mr Suarez why he had kicked him, referring to the
foul five minutes previously. Mr Suarez replied "Porque tu eres negro", meaning "Because
you are black". Mr Evra then said to Mr Suarez “say it to me again, I’m going to punch
you”. Mr Suarez replied "No hablo con los negros", meaning "I don't speak to blacks". Mr
Evra continued by saying that he now thought he was going to punch Mr Suarez. Mr
Suarez replied "Dale, negro, negro, negro", which meant "okay, blackie, blackie, blackie".
As Mr Suarez said this, he reached out to touch Mr Evra's arm, gesturing at his skin. Mr
Kuyt then intervened. When the referee blew his whistle and called the players over to
him shortly after the exchanges in the goalmouth, Mr Evra said to the referee "ref, ref, he
just called me a ******* black".

Tell me something I don't know.

Fuck that guy, he's a disgrace.

No the other one. "Niggers can't be Italian".
Yeah the guy should and surely will be banned. What awful timing, the guy is clearly a halfwit.

My understanding is that the report says that Evra didn't say sudeco or anything about south americans, but there was certainly unpleasant dialogue.

The phrase to Balotelli was 'no such thing as a black Italian'. I think we should separate that from general opinion of those fans, as moronic as they are, however. They wanted to get at Balotelli, a particularly loathsome individual at that point, and used his skin colour as the most obvious form. It's not as if they do it to black players regularly or even on one single other (notable) occasion.

Well put. Yes the fans are moronic for chanting such things, but I cant remember Juve targeting any other black player. It was hilarious hearing the holier than thou, sanctimonious whining of Merfazzurri fans calling for us to be fined heavily and have more stadium bans because of our "racist" fans, when their own scumbag fans are known (along with Lazio and Hellas Verona) as the most racist in Italy. They seem to forget this incident from November 05

That is the original charge, ie. Evra's claim. The FA affirmed it because Suarez couldn't prove it false. If you beyond page 6 or 7 you'll discover there is a bit more to the story.

You want to call people from Niger negroes?
no, i want all black mans to chill fuckin out and stop to cry because somebody called them nigger/nigga/negro that's it. Evra made a fuckin show because of negro word, it's football, sometimes i can say shit on the field because of emotion, but probably evra is police informat....... Until blacks are calling each other with this word everybody will call them this way.

The word has a negative historical connotation. It is completely natural that they react this way. I'm against over board political correctness, in this case though its quite clear that Suarez meant to racially abuse Evra. Using the word negro in the manner that Suarez used it definitely warrants a punishment, though i do think that the punishment was way too harsh.

Tell me something I don't know.
This is worse than calling "negrito" which we first heard about.

Yes, it's not allowed if you're a cracker Ruskie.

Every second neo-nazi is Russian, that society is heading down a dangerous path.
