Ya Chelsea those days were very likeable. Loved it when Gullit was player/coach

Dennis Wise was one huge cuntbag though.

Henry is for me, better than Bergkamp and the best player to play in the Premier league along with Cristiano Ronaldo.
Bergakmp was an amazing player, who was immensely talented and fascinating to watch. But Henry was more efficient and deadlier, Henry used to score some unreal amount of goals and back them up by number of assists that wingers/midfielder would be proud of. In 8 seasons in the Premier league, Henry managed to score 20+ league goals 5 times, and managed to score 20+ goals in all competitions in 7 seasons.
I used to think that the guy was possessed, one just can't be that good.

Ya, Henry was better than Bergkamp, even though the latter was probably more talented and easier on the eye.

It's funny how Liverpool wheel out a half fit Gerrard and he is the best player by a distance. Newcastle were absolutely awful, btw.

Newcastle were bad. But I thought Liverpool did a good job of staying on top of the Magpies.

It was good to see Gerrard back and playing. Hopefully, he can gain fitness and keep it up. A fit and in form Steven Gerrard would make a lack of Luis Suarez a bit less difficult.

I only watched second half and I can't tell much about first half. NewCastle was dominating the midfield, at some point Liverpool players looked like they were Lecce or some italian team which defends with 11 players.
