I think he acknowledged Suarez in the past. But I don't think it needs to be pressed. It's time to move on. Liverpool lost the match because they weren't good enough. Not because Suarez dislikes Evra.
I don't blame Suarez for not shaking Evra's hands. The FA were stupid for insisting on it. If Evra is so hurt by the lack of patty cake that he feels he needs to approach Suarez at halftime and celebrate the match like he won the Super Bowl then that seems to be Evra's problem not Kenny's.
