Na. Only because AVB isn't having a great season with Chelsea while Conte is topping the league with Juve doesn't make Conte a better coach (hence the Mou vs Allegri comparison), if that's what you were trying to suggest with your sarcastic comment:

My point was in reference to the contrasting opinions on the forum in regards to AVB and Conte before we appointed our coach.

We'll see in future which coach is better, Conte hadn't coached anyone worthwhile up until Juve, and Villas Boas worked wonder with a very big fish in a small pond. I'm confident right now that we picked the right coach for Juventus.

I agree. Not only because he's doing a fantastic job with our team, but also because it'd be a huge risk to hire a foreign young and inexperienced coach for a team who had finished 7th twice in a row. I'd much rather we hired a more experienced coach though, but I admit that I didn't expect Conte to turn out to be a very good coach for us.

Anyway, Chelsea-Man Utd was a weird game, because Chelsea were outplayed for most of the first half only to find themselves 3-0 up.

There wasn't the sort of momentum change you expect in a big comeback because Chelsea had never really built up any momentum.
