Doesn't matter, he wasn't found guilty of being a racist, he was found guilty of making a racist comment(s).

Right. Apparently he even admitted in open court that he insulted Suarez first. The English FA is a joke.

Again, doesn't matter, unless it was a racist term from Evra, which it wasn't. Players get insulted on the field all the time, Evra admitted to swearing at Suarez in Spanish, so he replied with a racist term.

Insults between players are not bannable offences, racist insults are. Lets see what happens with the John Terry case first before we start talking about the England FA being a joke, I don't see how any FA in the modern game would not ban a player for a racist insult.
