Pathetic team. Half the players out there are mid table level. I was actually surprised at how well(relatively) we played, i expected it to be easier for Tottenham. Despite his mistake for the final goal, Szcezny was amazing all game long, Van Persie was decent but he didn't get much service. Ramsey despite his goal showed again that he is a poor player with nothing to add, the thought of him starting most of the season for us, is really scary, he really is a mediocre player. Our defense is shambles as always, no organization, communication between the two cb's and between the cb's and the gk is poor, we have a slow backline yet Wenger insists on maintaining a high line and playing the offside trap. The only positive is that we've improved slightly in defending set pieces, and that is due to us ditching zonal defending. All in all, we're a pathetic team that punched above their weight and gave Tottenham a hard time. We need 6-7 players if we're to be a CL team again.
Yes we will. I kinda hope we get third place in the group stage, even though it looks increasingly likely that we'll qualify for the next round. I really can't take another humiliation, if this defense plays against Real or Barca, we're in for a huge thrashing, the EL on the other hand will give us a chance at a tournament, which is what we need to get some morale up.
Ramsey was horrible, and Arsenals defence was pathetic. VP as always was pretty good, and as Fred said, arsenal played far better than expected, given the players they have right now. Scscszzesny was unlucky I think with the goal; slow-motion replay showed it dipped like crazy at the last second. Fuck spurs
