Why shouldn't a coach go to a team who are struggling, develop a pool of young talent, put in place the infrastructure for continuing success and then reap the benefits of that?

Mourinho hasn't shown the ability to overhaul a club to put it in a position to enjoy continued success.

Maybe that is why he jumps as soon as he has success somewhere.

Do you know that in the early 90's there was rule that only 3 foreigners can start in UCL game, and British players counted as foreign so Fergie could only use 3 non English players, which is one of the reasons United failed in Europe in the early and mid90.

Absolutely. But you're the one claiming the fact Mourinho doesn't stay at a particular club for several years makes him less of a manager. Saying that he's "jumping ship" before the team collapses is putting a nice Ferguson-spin on things, but it's based on conjecture, so take your own advice.

Yup, too predictable. After choking it out against the Brum in the CC final, then going on to lose against Barcelona, it was always taking a predictable path from there, and that path was nothing but downhill. A lot of Arsenal fans say they want more signings and more money spent, but i think our biggest problem is that mentally as a team we are so weak. You can't tell me that players like Fabregas, Nasri, Song, Van Persie, Arshavin, Sagna and co can't beat the likes of Sunderland, Bolton, West Brom etc. If we weren't so fragile mentally, we would really have given United a run for their money this season. Wenger doesn't seem to be doing anything about it, the same thing is happening every season.
