Not quite, High Court merely decided that Texas courts have no jurisdiction in the case and that the preliminary injunction against the sale of the club is moot. However, the Texas court has two choices 1) Back off and declare that the UK court system has jurisdiction or 2) Hold the hearing anyway and then declare that the UK court has jurisdiction.
Things are far from over, but they are moving in that direction.

Yes. But whether or not it is enforced is still in question.
Liverpool still may go into Administration, then again it may not. It depends on RBS and the Prem offices. There are still too many questions to make a definite answer.
My guess is that we will end up in Administration, and the club will be sold to NESV. Though the sale may be delayed until next week.
It's really only Hicks, considering Gilette sold is 50%. Hicks is just trying to force RBS to put the club into Administration to chase off Henry. He thinks the club is worth 800 million, something he's been obsessed with.
I heard on BBC that a judge over ruled the injunction and notified Hicks that if he made any further attempts then he would be held in contempt and possible thrown in jail
