Stekelenburg would be an absolute steal. Would love to have him.


Our goalkeepers are all crap and are barely good enough for relegation battling teams(In Fabianski's case he isn't good enough for those either), so i would welcome the signing of any semi decent keeper.

Marchetti would be a significant upgrade over what we have too.

If there are no other options i'd rather overpay for Mark than be stuck with Almunia or Fabianski.

In fact i think we really should get rid of Fabianski, i can't stress how much of a horrible keeper he is. He's just not good enough to be a professional footballer at any of the respected European leagues.

That would be a dream. If we keep our good players(Cesc) and buy those three, we would have a serious shot(or should have) at the title barring any long term injuries to key players.

Wouldn't this be a strong squad?

I don't really like chelsea, but I have a lot of respect for Lampard. Less talented than some top players (gerrard for example), he's worked hard and become one of the most consistently excellent players in the world

i would take lampard over gerrard personally.
