Tottenham were lucky. Soto's timing was all kinds of off once Carragher got injured.

We should beat them at home.
Liverpool only have themselves to blame.

They should have had that game won early in the second half, given the chances Torres and Maxi missed either side of half time.

Then again, Bale had one cleared off the line Defoe should of scored in the first half and should of scored his penalty. Liverpool completly shut down after 60 minutes.

Well yeah, doesn't mean they weren't lucky. They managed to get the calls, get the bounces and yet they couldn't put us away til the end.

With world class players like Gareth Bale and Alan Hutton you'd think they'd run us over 7-0.

That's Roy's major fault. Once the original game plan changes he's got no clue. Add to that his boy keeps fucking up and these results aren't going to keep him with a job.

And I do realize that today wasn't his fault. Without Konchesky's fuck up we would have had a draw.

True, however where were the CB's when Crouch knocked the header on? it was like the parting of the red sea.

How much do you think we can get for an off-form Torres in January?
Liverpool won't sell him in January because you're still fighting for a Europa place. I personally think top four is gone now.

However in the Summer I can see bids in the region of around 50-60 Million coming in for him, add to that money you receive of us for Aquilani and the owners input you could easily plough 100 million into a new side.

I think we can still compete for the top four. There's a lot of football to be played and now we have a large gap before we play another top team in the league. If we can bring in 1 or 2 players in January that can make a impact, I can see us making a run at it.

Summer is too far away to think about at the moment.
