Ya i read that too, terrible news. A really big blow to our title hopes, i don't think our squad players are good enough to effectively replace him.
Bendtnder is an average player, he isn't anywhere near good enough to start.
Eduardo, well this is his chance, i am not optimistic about him though to be honest, as harsh as this sounds. But he hasn't really shown much this season, he really needs to step up a level.
Vela is too raw and his decision making leaves a lot to be desired. I do not think he is ready yet.
Van Persie has spent 3 of the last 4 seasons with a major injury. This cannot go on, he is obviously a splendid player that works well and has a good understanding with Cesc, Nasri and our other midfield players. But we cannot rely on him and keep getting blows like this every season. IMO Arsene Wenger needs to invest in another quality striker that takes Van Persie's place.

Hehe, he has decent talent, and think he can do well for Arsenal.
And yeah Fred, sad but you are completely right, I was not utterly suprised at all to hear this, I kept saying to my gooner brother for years that RVP can never become a top striker one can rely on when he is this predictable fragile. Said it last time 2 seasons ago, when he scored 11 league goals after half season, was outshining Henry, and predictably went bust. Noooooo shit, people still getting outraged or suprised of this ruining their season have hamster memories. This what essentially who RVP is, what you get with ze package. Something to simply accept for having him, and not complain when you rely on him so much.
