Warnock or Baines, both unproven. Assuming Cole is indeed not fit. He won't be 100% either way, but then England always take a key player who isn't fit, as tradition. Left back could be a problem in the latter stages, group stage should not be a problem in terms of ability.

If Cole isn't fit, I'd play Barry at left back and bring someone else into midfield.

I don't know, the press seem to think that Barry didn't play well enough in his previous international games as a left back to be considered, but it could happen unless we see him go with a new guy. Barry for me would be like Lescott there, competent to a certain level but you wouldn't want him up against the top guys.
