Fuck that racist cunt nugget, he has no place in our squad
+rep and signed.

Disgusting reasons to refuse playing for a club.
It's his right to refuse playing there for such an idiotic reason and it's my right to call him a racist cunt.

And all that just because one of the players is from Israel and other player is part of the NT that eliminated Egypt :wallbang:

I don't want him even near stadio Olimpico in Turin and i'll find it very hard to support that racist bastard if he ever plays for Juve.

Even if he feels that way he could at least have the decency to keep it to himself instead of spreading it about proudly through the media

I have no problem with someone disliking a country's actions. I do have a problem with him refusing to work with a citizen of that country. I'm not responsible for my government, and neither is anyone else. It's like abusing Americans over Bush - half the time, they had a poorer opinion of him than you did.

EDIT: Also, it smacks of an excuse to hide that he is simply racist against that nationality.

At least he's telling the truth and not lying.
I think this is one of those rare occasions were lying would have been better though. Millions of children worldwide look up to and respect their favorite football players, along with the glory, money, and fame that footballers get should come some responsibility to set a good example in the public instead of cheating and racism. This is not the type of attitude that is going to benefit anybody in a modern world where we are trying to cut down racism not glorify it for being honest

Seven goal game today.
Welcome back.

Now, what are you talking about? :p

OK, so if the Prem's defenses are just as good as Italy's, is there anything about Serie A that's better than the EPL?

And I watch Fulham, no need for snide, clueless remarks about me.

Serie A is better in a lot of aspects. I will only talk about defending since thats our topic. Serie A teams are much better than English when it comes to the midfield defending, in the EPL, midfields rely on hard work and aggression in defending, while in Serie A there is more reliance on tactics and positioning, which of course is more effective.

I edited after you start moaning about it, and I fail to see how Lazy Arab is anymore offensive than Drunk Irish or Lazy Irish for that matter.

Paul McShane is a lazy irish....

Zaki is Lazy and an Arab therfore a Lazy Arab

Arabs aren't lazy, far from it, but Zaki is. Sorry if I offended you...
Actually, we Arabs are lazy.

Never knew Israel is a race :shifty:
Exactly. I'd have been against him had he chosen not to play with a Jew. But an Israeli is different, Zaki is doing this because he does not acknowledge the existence of the country of Israel.

Bullshit.

First of all, the guy already discredited himself in the same sentence and it was proven that what he said is nonsense by refusing to play in the same team with an Algerian! That's why even the rest of his sentence, refusing to play in the same team with an Israeli, can not be taken seriously and can not be defended.

Second, Ben Haim was born and educated in Israel not by his choice. He didn't become a soldier and didn't kill people. He became a football player. Zaki knows nothing about Ben Haim's feelings and thoughts about the Israeli politics so even though technically you can't call it racism, what he does is not better than racism. He refuses to play with Ben Haim only because the guy was born in Israel to Israeli parents. It's the same as refusing to play in a team just because there is a black player there, or a Muslim refusing to play in Europe because of the crusades or in a team with an American in it because of what America did in Afghanistan or Iraq.

I will never take seriously anyone who defends Zaki's action.

Years and years of persecution, suffering and hardship leaves little space for complete rationality. We Arabs do not acknowledge the existence of Israel and might sometimes do things that may not make sense to you as a result of that.

From a purely rational point of view, i agree that its silly not to play alongside an Israeli. But i even rationally i think its right for Arabs not to play against Israeli teams.

Also its not racism, it would have been racism had he said he wouldn't play alongside jews.

Mikhail, I agree with you about refusing to work with nationalitys but I believe that Israel is certainly the exception. As a religious state bent on achieving a Zionist goal, you can't exactly distance yourself from said Zionism by chossing to be a citizen of said country ( AFAIK you can refuse an Israeli passport). It's different to the USA or Russia etc in that Israel is a community of Jews first and a State second.

And is it rational you to post in the same forum where Israelis post?

We have Israelis here and you still visit this site every day.

Bad Arab you are, Fred.

Not the same as playing on the same team. I am not forced to "work" with these Israeli's.

Isrealis or not it's f**in stupid and pathetic. If I'm in charge I would ban him from football forever.

And like Alen said if someone can approve theese actions than he should approve every other kind of racism. Everyone have prefernces, but to judge someone just becase he's born in Israel or Algeria is moronic atleast.

We at Balkan all were involved in war recently and you won't find theese kind of statements.
