Decent first half between Burnley and Sunderland. Sunderland look like they have quite a decent team this season. Their midfield in particular with Reid, Cana and Steedy Malbranque doesn't look that shabby.

Add to that a strike force of Jones and Bent and they will finish comfortably in midtable and Steve Bruce will probably have them challenging for Europe in a year or two.

A poor man's Adebayor indeed. He's strong on the ball, good in the air and is a good finisher. Rather fast and mobile for someone of his physical stature too. Very good player for a mid-table team.

No its not, I dont think he is great, but him playing a winger is NOT something he can be blamed for (just like Eboue playing winger too isnt his fault), he is a box striker, and can play quite good there, and is improving more and more, even if iffy consistency in finishing, but even if he hasnt been bad as a winger (decent), I dont get at all why Wenger is still insisting on playing him as a winger. While you see RVP who has little presence in the box, being there, doing very little.
