if the new owners of Man City are really willing to invest for the long run, i'd say that Man City is the up coming force in the EPL. Just thinking how much money these new owners will put in is just madness. u think Abramovich is rich then think twice about Abu Dhabi. just a little info about the ppl who bought Man City, one of them got about $ 120 mil stolen from him in 1998 and he didn't even notice for 9 months.
